- When you run a simulation, your scenario and team persona data are sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate predictions
- AI responses are generated in real-time and returned directly to you
- We use AI solely to provide the simulation service you've requested
Your Data Is NOT Used for AI Training
- We do not use your data to train AI models
- Your scenarios, personas, and simulation results are never fed into machine learning training pipelines
- Our AI provider (Google) does not use API data to train their models
- Your leadership scenarios remain confidential and are not used to improve any AI system
Data Retention
- Simulation conversations are stored in your account so you can reference them later
- You can delete your conversations at any time from Settings
- When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed
