Shadow Scoping is a leadership decision simulation platform that uses artificial intelligence to predict potential team reactions to management decisions. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and planning purposes only.

- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- You may not share your account with others or allow multiple people to use your account

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate predictions and recommendations. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for important decisions
- Predictions are simulations and do not guarantee actual outcomes
- You are responsible for how you use and act upon any AI-generated content
- AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate
7. Subscription and Payments
- Some features require a paid subscription
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shadow Scoping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
